ClaimNavigatorAI provides AI-powered documentation tools and templates for insurance claim preparation. Our services include:

• AI-generated responses to insurance correspondence
• Document templates and forms for claim submission
• Organizational tools and checklists
• Educational resources and guides

Important: ClaimNavigatorAI is NOT a law firm, public adjuster, or insurance broker. We provide documentation tools only and do not offer legal advice, claims adjusting services, or insurance consulting.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using ClaimNavigatorAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Pricing and Payment

• AI Toolkit Package: $997 (includes 20 AI-generated responses)
• Additional AI Responses: $29 each
• All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final - no refunds on digital products

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, templates, AI-generated materials, and tools provided by ClaimNavigatorAI are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your personal claim documentation needs only.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer our AI systems or tools

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI-generated responses and documents are provided as templates and starting points only. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all content
• AI responses are not legal advice or professional opinions
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

8. User Content and Data

When you upload documents or input information:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery
• We will not share your claim information with third parties
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false or misleading information to insurers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Our maximum liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
